Job Description
We’re partnering with a growing, fast-moving company to find an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and keeping leaders operating at their highest level.
This isn’t a traditional support role, you’ll act as a right hand to C-Suite leadership, helping bring structure to ambiguity and momentum to priorities. You’ll be deeply embedded in the day-to-day flow of the business, ensuring alignment, execution, and follow-through across teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Take full ownership of a senior leader’s schedule—balancing competing priorities, optimizing time, and adjusting quickly as needs evolve
- Keep communication flowing by acting as a central connector across teams and external stakeholders
- Drive meeting effectiveness by organizing agendas, documenting key takeaways, and ensuring accountability on next steps
- Develop high-quality materials including presentations, internal updates, and reports
- Monitor deadlines, priorities, and key initiatives—stepping in to resolve conflicts before they become issues
- Handle confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism
- Contribute to special initiatives and operational improvements as the company continues to scale
- Anticipate needs and remove friction so leadership can stay focused on strategic priorities
What You Bring to the Table
- A college degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3 to 5 years supporting senior leaders or working in a fast-paced coordination role
- Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Comfort operating in environments where direction can shift quickly
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams
- Experience managing logistics, including travel planning and scheduling across time zones
- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive matters
- A self-starter mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Proficiency with common workplace tools (Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, etc.)
- Nice to have: exposure to operations, project coordination, or startup environments
