Nurse Practitioner Job Opportunity in Corpus Christi, TX
Our client, an expanding healthcare business with multiple locations, is currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner in Corpus Christi, TX. This opportunity involves providing comprehensive patient care in a private practice setting, with potential duties at hospitals and long-term acute care facilities as necessary. The Nurse Practitioner will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient conditions, collaborating with medical professionals and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless continuity of care across various practice environments. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with no weekend or evening responsibilities.
Position Overview:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care at a private outpatient clinic with an on-site lab.
- Conduct rounds at hospitals and long-term acute care facilities as needed.
- Perform vascular and vein procedures, such as Peripheral arterial disease angiograms, Venograms, GAEs, HAEs, UFEs, RFA, Verafena, Venocele.
- Manage a patient load of 30-40 individuals per day, including new patients and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with a vascular surgeon and an interventional radiologist.
- Utilize sonographers for ultrasounds; no prior ultrasound training required.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patient conditions independently within the scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records following established protocols.
- Remain composed and efficient in emergency situations.
- Meet physical requirements, including patient assistance and flexible working hours.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in vascular care preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
- Prior experience with outpatient vascular procedures highly desired; related specialties will be considered.
- Active ACNP or FNP license.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Compliance with Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements.

Job Requirements
Two years of experience within vascular preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Experience with outpatient vascular procedures strongly preferred; related specialties considered.
