Our client in Nashville,TN is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Generalist to join their team on a contract-to-possible-hire basis, offering the potential for direct hire for the right candidate.

Role Overview:
- Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, staffing, compensation, benefits, and policy compliance.
- Facilitate the performance evaluation process and assist in hiring qualified candidates.
- Conduct background checks, coordinate onboarding, and develop employee recognition programs.
- Handle routine HR functions such as compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance with employment laws, and best practices to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory updates, and talent management practices.
- Engage in employee disciplinary processes, terminations, and investigations as needed.
- Perform additional HR duties as required.
Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven time management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
