Our Client has an immediate need for a High-Volume Contract Recruiter in Phoenix Arizona on a minimum 2-3 month contract basis

The company has a strong reputation for high-volume production and rapid turnaround, supporting both internal and outsourced work through strategic partnerships in manufacturing, food and beverage, renewable energy, water and wastewater, data centers and more.
Contract Recruiter Role
The Contract Recruiter role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for control panel technicians and CAD designers, helping the client scale rapidly to meet production demand.
The Contract Recruiter will manage high-volume candidate pipelines, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and support offer delivery. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication, organization, and a sense of urgency.
Contract Recruiter role includes screening and evaluating candidates for technical positions (panel techs and CAD designers)
Manage a high-volume backlog in the ATS and move candidates through the pipeline
Coordinate interviews with two hiring managers and ensure a smooth process
Facilitate offer letters and candidate follow-up
Support a rapid hiring plan to fill 8â 10 panel technician roles initially
Provide additional recruiting support for CAD designers as needed
Collaborate with internal staffing team to execute a new hiring strategy
Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate communication
Contract Recruiter Background Profile
3+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
Experience recruiting technical trades or engineering roles preferred
Strong experience with ATS systems and candidate pipeline management
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required for strong experience
