- Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic design, acquisition, management, and implementation of enterprise-wide technology infrastructure.
- Oversee the Technology Department, including Information Systems, Operations, Project Management, and Web Services.
- Promote innovative use of technology to enhance organizational performance, data analysis, and on-demand learning.
- Coordinate professional learning and training programs related to technology integration.
- Organizational Climate & Collaboration
- Model leadership behaviors that promote organizational values and culture.
