Inventory Bookkeeper
Our client located in Round Rock, Texas needs an Inventory Bookkeeper for a contract to possible hire opportunity. This is an in-office position.

Inventory Bookkeeper Role:
Full-charge bookkeeping for a wholesale/distribution company
Manage AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliation, and general ledger
Perform monthly close and prepare financial reports
Handle inventory accounting: product tracking, cost reconciliation, and inventory movement
Support financial accuracy for high-volume distribution to discount retailers
Use QuickBooks Enterprise Gold for daily accounting tasks
Create and maintain Excel-based reports and reconciliations
Inventory Bookkeeper Experience:
Required: hands-on inventory accounting experience
Full-charge bookkeeping background (AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, reporting)
Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
Experience in product-based, distribution, or inventory-heavy environments
Stable employment history; long-tenure patterns preferred
Reliable, mature, and committed to onsite work daily
Lives within a reasonable commute (Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown area)
