Legal Assistant
Our client is seeking a Legal Assistant to support its Trusts & Estates practice in Houston, TX. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented legal assistant with solid transactional experience. Candidates with backgrounds in trusts & estates, corporate, or banking are encouraged to apply. This is a direct hire in office opportunity.

Company Profile:
Legal Firm with multiple locations.

Legal Assistant Role:
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in the Trusts & Estates practice
Draft, revise, and proofread correspondence and legal documents
Prepare and organize estate planning documents and client files
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate deadlines
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing (electronic and hard copy)
Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
Assist with general transactional legal support as needed

Legal Assistant Background Profile:
Previous experience as a legal assistant (Trusts & Estates preferred, but not required)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Professional demeanor and strong follow-through
