Legal Assistant
Our client is currently seeking a Legal Assistant to provide support within the Trusts & Estates practice at their Houston, TX office. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and detail-oriented legal professional with a background in transactions. Individuals with experience in trusts & estates, corporate law, or banking are encouraged to apply for this full-time, in-office position.

Company Profile:
This opportunity is with a prominent Legal Firm that operates from multiple locations.

Legal Assistant Role:
- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys specializing in Trusts & Estates
- Draft, revise, and proofread correspondence and legal documents
- Prepare and maintain estate planning documents and client files
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate deadlines
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper filing of documents (both electronically and hard copies)
- Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams
- Assist with general transactional legal matters as required

Legal Assistant Background Profile:
- Prior legal assistant experience (Trusts & Estates background is preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to thorough follow-up

Job Requirements
