Associate Attorney, Family Law
Our client located just north of Dallas, Texas in Collin County is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their growing team. This is a direct hire opportunity based in the office.

Associate Attorney Role
- Seeking a dedicated individual committed to supporting families through challenging transitions with empathy and expertise
- Manage and prioritize a caseload of approximately 50 active family law cases
- Draft pleadings, legal correspondence, and discovery documents
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
- Work collaboratively with a supportive legal team to provide exceptional client service
- Maintain a monthly billable hours target of approximately 120-130 hours
Associate Attorney Background Profile:
- No experience required
- Must have graduated from law school and either passed the bar exam or be preparing to sit for the bar
- Commitment to family law as a long-term career path
- Demonstrate integrity, transparent communication, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Preference for candidates willing to work in-office, immediate availability is a plus
