Legal Lease Administrator
Our client in California is seeking a Legal Lease Administrator to assist with the company's expansion in the Phoenix, AZ market. This is a remote, full-time position. Applicants must be located in the Phoenix area to be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Support executive leadership (Principal & SVP) in handling transactional real estate documentation to facilitate deal-making activities.
- Draft, edit, and manage various real estate legal documents, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements, and other transactional agreements.
- Conduct redline and document comparisons, identify important changes, and suggest revisions.
- Monitor document workflow and status to ensure deadlines are met and responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Coordinate electronic and notarized signatures, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Manage lease administration tasks such as maintaining lease abstracts, tracking key dates and obligations, and coordinating approvals.
- Organize filing systems within the company's shared drive, including accurate labeling and structuring of documents.
- Schedule calls and virtual meetings to support negotiations and facilitate deal closure.
- Act as the central point for aligning agreements, tasks, deadlines, and communication among stakeholders.
- Handle PDF-to-Word conversions, prepare exhibits, and format documents using Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Provide administrative and legal support across various real estate transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of legal support experience, with a focus on real estate transactions and lease administration.
- Proficiency in reading, understanding, and tracking complex real estate documents.
- Experience in running redlines, identifying key changes, and providing necessary edits.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple agreements and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, including PDF editing/conversion.
- Familiarity with real estate development, land development, or commercial leasing processes.
- Local market knowledge of the Phoenix Metro region and familiarity with area law firms/developers is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and drive projects without constant supervision.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with attorneys, executives, and external partners.

Job Requirements
