Our client located in Dallas, Texas is hiring a Marketing Technology Manager. This is an onsite direct hire opportunity.

Marketing Technology Manager Role:
The Marketing Technology Manager will oversee the firmâs marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM systems, digital platforms, and workflow processes.
Will ensure data integrity, supports strategic marketing and business development initiatives, and drives technology-enabled solutions across all offices.
The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and marketing insight, with the ability to manage a small team, train staff, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Events, Business Development, IT, and Practice Group Management.
Serving as primary data steward and administrator for CRM systems, ensuring integration, data quality, and reporting capabilities.
Supporting digital marketing efforts, including brand strategy, website content, email campaigns, SEO, and template management.
Enabling event technology support, including invitation distribution, RSVP tracking, and post-event reporting.
Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and training for attorneys and staff; creating clear documentation and tutorials.
Managing vendor relationships, monitoring system performance, and implementing best practices for marketing technologies.
Leading, coaching, and mentoring the Marketing & Data Assistant, aligning team priorities with organizational objectives.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who can translate technical concepts for non-technical users, maintain a service-oriented approach, and thrive under pressure.
Marketing Technology Manager Background Profile:
Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
7â10+ years in marketing, business development, sales, or a related field. Willing to look at less years of experience for the right fit.Â
Requiring advanced experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), database management, cleaning, and optimization.
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, campaign list management (Vuture preferred), website management, marketing automation, and graphic design software.
Direct experience with brand strategy, client lifecycle management, digital campaigns, marketing analytics, and SEO.
Proven ability to manage a team, provide mentorship, and deliver technology training programs.
Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and project management capabilities.
Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse audiences; strong verbal and written communication.
Collaborative, detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and service-oriented. Calm under pressure with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Professional services or law firm background preferred; prior experience in training and mentoring staff; experience with multi-office collaboration.
