Part-Time Retail Pharmacist

Role of Part-Time Retail Pharmacist:
- Administer pharmaceutical services to patients in a retail pharmacy setting
- Ensuring prescription accuracy, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and community health promotion through professional consultations
- Process and dispense patient prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Verify prescription authenticity, dosing protocols, and medication safety
- Provide guidance on prescription medications and over-the-counter remedies
- Offer consultations on adverse effects, drug interactions, and therapeutic management
Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an ACPE accredited pharmacy program
- Active Colorado State Pharmacist License
- Current DEA registration for controlled substances
- Immunization administration certification
- Strong attention to detail in medication dispensing and record-keeping
