Our client, a leading staffing agency, is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive In-home Personal Assistant to provide support to a busy executive based in Murfreesboro, TN. This is a full-time, direct hire position that involves assisting with personal, household, and administrative tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of home, office, and filming areas.
- Handle laundry, wardrobe management, and household upkeep.
- Plan, prepare, and coordinate meals and snacks according to dietary preferences.
- Manage grocery lists, restocking, and errands.
- Coordinate daily schedules, calendars, and briefings.
- Assist with event preparation, content shoots, and travel logistics.
- Support with mail, shipments, and product management when needed.
- Provide flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills to effectively manage personal and professional priorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a fingerprint and comprehensive background check.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, discretion, and adaptability.
- Tech-savvy, dependable, and able to handle confidential information.
