Our client is seeking a Direct Hire Reception Mail Clerk in Dallas, TX to join a leading property tax and tax law consulting & litigation firm and be the friendly voice & face who keeps everything running smoothly

This is a full-service Texas-based firm focused exclusively on property tax consulting and litigation.
Reception Mail Clerk Role:
As Reception Mail Clerk , you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the firm.Â
Serving as the first point of contact: greeting visitors, clients, and vendors, answering calls, routing messages, maintaining the reception area.
Managing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages (courier, USPS, internal), ensuring timely distribution.
Performing light administrative support: copying, scanning, faxing, data entry, filing, and assisting with meeting room setups.
Maintaining visitor logs, handling phone and email communications professionally and discreetly.
Ordering and restocking office and reception area supplies; keeping the reception/mail areas tidy and inviting.
Reception Mail Clerk Background Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, mail clerk, or administrative support role is required, ideally in law, consulting, or professional services environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning internal document management or case-management systems.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; professional phone manner.
