Seafood Manager
Our client in Cincinnati, OH, has an immediate opening for a Seafood Manager on a direct hire basis.

Seafood Manager:
The Seafood Manager ensures that fresh and prepackaged seafood cases are maintained at full capacity with fresh products. Works closely with seafood personnel on daily operations and promotes exceptional customer service.
Manage sales performance, financial results, and overall department conditions
Maintain extensive product knowledge across all seafood offerings
Utilize hand tools efficiently with proper knife skills
Order merchandise to maintain optimal freshness and stock levels
Execute effective product merchandising strategies
Analyze daily sales data to reduce shrink through proper production output
Review detailed reports on sales, profits, and trends to make informed purchasing decisions
Train and develop department employees
Adhere to all state, local, and company policies and regulations regarding health and safety
Collaborate with leadership to execute and promote company directives, promotions, and campaigns

Seafood Manager Background Profile:
Minimum of 18 years of age.
High school Diploma or GED and two or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
Manager Food Safety certification required.
Food Handler certification required.
