Our client in Englewood, Colorado, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Software Engineer for a direct hire position.

Role Overview:

  • Contribute to shaping the organization's technological landscape through innovative full-stack development
  • Play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining enterprise-level applications in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to develop high-quality, user-friendly UI components based on minimal mockups
  • Work across various platforms including iOS, Android, APIs, and web portals
  • Follow Agile development methodologies by actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews
  • Provide constructive feedback, engage in design dialogues, and mentor team members
  • Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance product offerings
  • Utilize Azure DevOps or similar tools for work tracking and collaborative purposes
  • Contribute to scaling and improving proprietary software solutions revolutionizing the private aviation sector

Background Profile:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in C# software development
  • At least 4 years of experience with C# .NET Core 3.x or newer
  • 5+ years working with Entity Framework Core, SQL databases, HTML, and CSS
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Blazor
  • Proficient in system design, implementation, and stakeholder integration
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar collaboration platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently under deadlines
