Oversee total store operations—lead by example to achieve company goals and customer satisfaction.
Supervise, coach, and inspire department managers to reach excellence in performance and service.
Manage all controllable expenditures within budget to optimize sales, EBITDA, and profitability.
Maintain inventory, merchandising standards, and a spotless store that reflects company pride.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Hire, train, and develop team members into strong contributors and future leaders.
Stay connected to the Dayton community, engaging with events and initiatives that impact local business.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of grocery retail management experience.
Strong leadership skills with a servant’s heart and attention to detail.
Proven ability to train, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Solid understanding of retail math and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work a flexible schedule—including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
