<strong>What you will do as the Dental Hygienist:</strong><br>
Perform adult and pediatric cleaning, scaling, root planning, and polishing<br>
Capture and review digital X-rays and CBCT scans as directed<br>
Co-diagnose emergency patients with the doctor and manage chair time efficiently<br>
Follow practice protocols for clinical care, infection control, and scheduling<br>
Educate patients on home care, periodontal health, and recommended treatment<br>
Support case presentation and treatment plan acceptance through clear communication<br>
Meet daily and weekly production targets while delivering excellent patient care<br>
<strong>Requirements to apply:</strong><br>
Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License (RDH)<br>
Current Virginia local anesthesia certification<br>
Current BLS or CPR certification<br>
Strong communication skills with patients and team members<br>
Reliable, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment<br>
Team-oriented with a commitment to practice success<br>
<strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong><br>
2 or more years of clinical hygiene experience<br>
Familiarity with Oryx cloud-based dental practice management software<br>
Experience presenting treatment plans and supporting case acceptance<br>
Comfort with digital X-rays and CBCT workflow<br>

<strong>What you will do as the Dental Office Manager:</strong><br>
Oversee daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient systems<br>
Manage and support front and back-office staff, create staff schedules, conduct training and performance evaluations<br>
Monitor accounts receivable, manage collections, oversee billing processes, and track practice metrics and KPIs<br>
Oversee insurance verification, claims submission, and follow-up; resolve billing issues and denials<br>
Order and maintain inventory of office and clinical supplies, and manage vendor relationships<br>
Assist with hiring, onboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining employee records<br>
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Virginia state dental board regulations<br>
Monitor patient flow, appointment scheduling efficiency, and overall patient satisfaction<br>
Implement systems and processes to support practice growth and operational excellence<br>
<strong>Requirements to apply:</strong><br>
3 or more years of dental office management or leadership experience<br>
Proven experience managing staff and overseeing daily operations<br>
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and claims processing<br>
Proficiency with dental practice management software<br>
